Prize pools are funded from eligible user entries. A portion of pool contributions is retained by the platform to support operations, payment processing, promotional activity, fraud prevention, customer support and related business costs.

Prize pools represent 93% of total pool contributions. The remaining amount supports platform operations. The exact allocation of retained funds is at the sole discretion of the platform and may change without prior notice.

Referral rewards may be offered to eligible users from time to time. Referral rewards are promotional in nature, are not cash equivalents and may not be withdrawn directly.

Referral rewards may be subject to expiry dates, wagering requirements, verification requirements and anti-fraud checks. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

Promotional balances, referral credits and bonus funds may only be used for eligible platform activities. Any winnings derived from promotional balances may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions before becoming withdrawable.

Promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until withdrawal conditions are met. Unused promotional credits may expire after a period determined by the platform.

The platform reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel promotional rewards, referral credits, winnings or withdrawals where fraud, duplicate accounts, abuse, manipulation or breaches of these terms are identified.

The platform employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. Users will be notified of any actions taken against their account.

Only cleared and withdrawable balances may be withdrawn. Promotional credits, referral rewards and locked balances are not eligible for withdrawal unless otherwise specified by the platform.

Withdrawals are processed in USDC on the Polygon network. The platform may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, processing delays and identity verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to automated risk assessment and may require manual review.

Deposits are accepted in USDC on the Polygon network. Each user is assigned a unique deposit address. Users must only send USDC on the Polygon network to their assigned address. Sending other tokens or using other networks may result in permanent loss of funds.

Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or blockchain issues.

Pools are settled automatically based on official match results from authorised data providers. Settlement is final once processed. The platform reserves the right to void, cancel or refund pools in cases of data errors, match cancellations, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Users must submit picks before the published lock time. Picks cannot be changed after a pool is locked. Entry fees are non-refundable once a pool is locked, except in the case of pool cancellation by the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to compromised credentials. Users must not create multiple accounts.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform.
