Deposits require blockchain confirmations (~4 minutes on Polygon). Check your Wallet page for pending deposits. If your deposit does not appear after 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash.
My withdrawal is under review
Withdrawals undergo automated risk assessment. Most are processed within minutes. High-value or first-time withdrawals may require manual review, which typically takes up to 24 hours.
A pool result seems incorrect
Pools are settled using official match data from Sportmonks. If you believe a result is incorrect, contact support with the pool name and the discrepancy you noticed.
I want to close my account
Contact support@pooldefy.com with your request. We will process account closures promptly. Any remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal before closure.
I sent the wrong token or used the wrong network
PoolDefy only accepts USDC on the Polygon network. Tokens sent on other networks or other token types cannot be recovered. Always verify the network before sending.
